Throwers Haven is a website dedicated to the bad ass athletes that call themselves throwers. Stories,
tips, thoughts, pics, and links are provided at this site.
The shot (which is freakin awesome), the weight (which I hate with a fiery passion), the discus, and the
hammer (which is coming along nicely) will all be talked about. The javelin is definitely a throwing event, but because
of my rediculous lack of upper body flexibility, I only throw it for fun, and don't know a whole lot about it. But maybe
later...
